HEROES CON POST TIME: THE SKETCHES II
Oops, one/two more. This one was my favorite. If I learned one thing at Heroes Con, it’s that if you have a big print of the Classic Flash Rogues at your table, you will meet Awesome and Cool People. Because, really, that’s what Rogues fans are. This gentleman and his friend came up to my table and we shot the breeze for I don’t know how long about the Rogues and nerdy stuff, and how cool it was that there was another person at the con who knew who Golden Glider was. So he named six Rogues and handed me his sketchbook.Came back the next day, liked it well enough, but then said: “Do you think you could just draw however many more Rogues will fit, and tell me what you think is fair for that?”
So this guy’s my new best friend, because basically, he just gave me leave to draw All Of My Favorite Things. So I did. And that was my most fun commission from Heroes Con.
